Agreement of new sponsorship with Universal Communications plc

Kensington United agreed to a four-year sponsorship contract with Universal Communications plc on December 5, 2013. We will receive significant support from UC to strengthen our team and broaden the range of business activities in the Asia.

l  Kensington United will have a total value of 55 million in four-year contract. 40 million will be paid within the first year. Additionally, we will get 15 million as the bonus of winning the European Champions League competition.

l  Kensington United agreed to put the advertisement of Universal Communications on the wall of stand, north side of the stadium and on the roof billboards, and fly flags at the entrances. We will rename the main stand to UC Stand.

l  Kensington United will inform with Universal Communications when we contract with clubs who have a sponsorship with competitors of UC.

l  Kensington United will continue to deal with Sprint plc.

l  Players who achieve 20 goals in a season will get 20,000 as a bonus for each goal above 20 goals from Universal Communications.

l  Kensington United will receive team buses from Universal Communications.
